Mont58 is an award-winning craft roastery based in South-East London and Ashford, founded by husband and wife team Shai and Maya (and Whippet Pi)
Shai hand-roasts high quality Arabica beans from all over the world as well as our own unique blends. We use only traceable and ethical beans; and recyclable or compostable packaging.
Our HQ and micro roasters are in our roastery cabin in the back of our garden in South-East London, and we now have a second roastery in Ashford Kent.
We are passionate about great coffee, supporting the local economy and sustainability.

OUR TEAM
Sylvia is one of our roastery assistants. She blends, grinds, packs and sorts out the coffees ready to be delivered. Originally from Ecuador she has been a Lewisham local for many years. She obviously loves coffee!
Nikki started to work with us last year as one of our amazing cyclists and recently joined as a roastery assistant too! She grinds, blends and packs your coffees and because she like cycling up hills, she also delivers the coffee to your door.
