Delivery is free for orders above £15. For orders under £15 we charge £1.50 for SE London and £2.50 for the rest of the UK. We use Evri for the majority of our deliveries. You also have the option of tracked delivery with DHL or UPS, which costs £6. You can choose this when checking out.

We always try to get your order to you as soon as possible. For hand delivery, we deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. For postal deliveries we use Hermes, which normally takes 2-3 days. In very busy periods like December, this might take longer.

Yes. Our coffees are Fair-trade and we strive for traceability and sustainability. You can look at some more info about this here

Yes. We grind for Filter (drip), Cafetiere (French Press), Stove top, AeroPress and Espresso. You can select which grind you want on the coffee pages.

Please keep your coffee sealed and in a dry, cool place (not in the freezer as it will soak the smells). In these conditions whole beans keep for around 60 days and if freshest up to 30. Ground coffee will keep up to 30 days and freshest in the first two weeks.

Yes, Our decaf options are water processed (not chemical) and taste just like the real thing! Check out our decaf blend.

There isn’t really a best way. At the end of the day it’s what works for you. You can get great results with each of the brewing methods. A cheap way to start is a French Press / Cafetiere. Check out our brewing guides here

We don’t have a shop but we do sell directly from the roastery. If you are local you are very welcome to pop by and buy your coffee. We are stocked in various shops in South-East London and a few beyond. You can see our stockists list here

Yes. There are two ways you can buy a gift:
  1. If you know what you want, select the items and then enter a different delivery address at the checkout page. We will then send these to that person.
  2. You can buy a gift voucher for the amount you want and have it emailed to the person receiving the gift. See the gift vouchers here

You can redeem your voucher code in the checkout page. Enter it to the relevant box.

Being environmentally conscious is an important part of our ethos. We try to do our best to reduce our environmental impact as much as we can and continuously working towards this goal. You can read more about our sustainability here

Our small bags are now compostable. Our 500g and 1kg coffee bags and boxes are made using paper from sustainable forests. They are recyclable. We are working towards transferring all our coffee bags to compostable materials.
